This high-profile and fast-paced project has transformed a blighted mill complex into a gateway
to the city of New Bedford. Working closely with the developer and the city, Prime
was responsible for the design and permitting of the 14-acre site. The project includes a new tree-lined boulevard which accesses
a ramp to Rt-195, a 95,000 s.f. grocery store, a multi-use building on the water, park land, and additional
space for future commercial development.
